Winter Hike to the Jizera Mountains! 🏔️

Let’s go on a winter hike! I have finally woken up from hibernation (for a while), and would like to organize a winter one, as promised.

We will meet at Praha-Černý most BUS STATION – take the stairs down, platform 7.
It’s strongly recommended to buy a ticket online in advance, this bus is usually pretty full.

You can only bye online a seat reservation, the actual ticket will be bought from the driver (strange, I know, don’t ask me), but do buy the seat reservation as the bus seems to be getting pretty full.

The hike is around 15 km long, this time the difficulty will depend on the actual weather conditions. Decent physical condition is surely required!

I reserve the right to change the trail as we go, though 😀 It’s winter, so it really depends on how much snow there actually is, how walkable the trails are, and how fast the group is.

IMORTANT
Dress up properly! It’s going to be pretty cold already.
Wear solid, waterproof! hiking shoes. There is snow in the mountains! Bring food for the whole day, there most likely won’t be any opportunity to buy anything.

Arrival in Praha-Černý Most before 7pm.

This event is free of charge, but any contribution for organizing and to cover the subscription fees is more than welcome (100 CZK is just fine, but it’s totally up to you how much you think the trip was worth, your financial possibilities etc.). You pay at the end of the trip.

It’s okay if your plans change, but please also change your status accordingly.
